Your Core Approach & Areas of Focus
My core philosophy is a holistic, client-centered approach that sees mental wellness as an integration of emotional, physical, social, and spiritual well-being. I meet each person with empathy, respect, and without judgment, supporting them in their first step toward mental health care.
What Guides Your Work?
My guiding principle in assessments is that each individual is more than just symptoms or a diagnosis. I focus on strengths, cultural sensitivity, and a person-centered approach to provide a holistic understanding. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space that empowers clients, clarifies their needs, and highlights potential paths for healing and support.
What Makes Your Support Effective?
I listen deeply to both what clients say and how they say it, considering context, culture, and personal history. My assessments balance structured tools with open dialogue, making clients feel involved, not evaluated. I ensure feedback is clear, respectful, and collaborative, empowering treatment rather than just informing it.
Your Journey to Providing Mental Wellness Services
My interest in mental health started from seeing others struggle in silence—dealing with anxiety, trauma, and emotional pain without support. As a teenager, I realized how healing it could be to simply listen and be there for someone in need of understanding.
What You Find Most Rewarding
What I find most rewarding about my work in mental wellness is witnessing the moment when a client realizes they have the power to change their own narrative. Whether it’s breaking free from old patterns, learning to set healthy boundaries, or simply feeling understood for the first time, those moments of clarity and growth are incredibly fulfilling.

Beyond Your Credentials
One quality I bring is my ability to quickly create emotional safety. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up, thanks to my presence, nonjudgmental curiosity, and respect for their lived experience. I focus on treating clients as whole people, not checklists, which helps build trust—especially important in assessments where clients may feel vulnerable.
One of my favorite simple pleasures is setting aside quiet time to read—whether it’s a novel, a memoir, or something related to mental health and personal growth.
Your Unique Strength
One unique strength I bring to my work is my ability to hold space for complexity without rushing to solve or fix. I don’t shy away from hard conversations or emotions—instead, I help people feel seen and supported exactly where they are.
Off-Duty Well-Being
Outside of my professional work, I’m an avid runner—something that deeply influences how I approach mental wellness. Running has taught me the value of consistency, patience, and listening to both the body and mind. It’s also where I process, reflect, and reconnect with myself.
