Case Manager

(She/Her)
Your Core Approach & Areas of Focus
I specialize in working with aging adults who have chronic and complex medical conditions and who have psychological, emotional, and physical disabilities. I have an extensive medical background and previous case management experience, which assists me in recognizing the client’s immediate medical needs.
What Guides Your Work?
I provide honesty and actively listen to my clients. I am very persistent to match my client’s needs to the resources that deem fit to their situation. I am always researching and learning with each client. I never give up and instill a positive outlook.
What Makes Your Support Effective?
I am always honest with my clients. I try to help develop rapport by engaging with humor or something that they are able to connect with. I always educate my clients that we are all human and we have all different cultures, values, beliefs, and experiences in our life. But, life is a journey not a destination.
What You Find Most Rewarding
I enjoy making people happy and putting a smile on their face at the end of the day. Seeing people making any small success happen, knowing that I have made their day a little bit more manageable or easier.
