Oronde focuses on empowering at-risk adolescent males with approach supporting them in managing stress and building on their inner strengths. His philosophy is that through focus, hard work, and consistency, real progress can be made in behavioral health journeys.
Coming from similar environments and past experiences, Oronde can relate to struggles in authentic ways, often making people feel comfortable being open to constructive feedback and practicing new coping skills. As former athlete, he seeks to listen, understand, and find solutions through engaging stories that have meaning and purpose.
Oronde has special relationship with at-risk inner city males because he can genuinely relate to the struggles they face. He knows self-determination is key to staying focused on short and long-term goals.
During his downtime, he plays in a forty-and-over men’s basketball league to stay active and loves playing chess for mental stimulation.
