Your Core Approach & Areas of Focus
I specialize in providing trauma-informed care that supports individuals in developing coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and building sustainable support systems. My work focuses on helping individuals process past experiences, strengthen communication and life skills, and make meaningful progress toward long-term stability and personal growth. I also specialize in recovery care, supporting individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders in developing sustainable relapse prevention and lasting sobriety.
What Guides Your Work?
My ability to be empathetic and non-judgmental allows me to build trusting relationships and create a safe space. This opens up the door to healing, self-exploration, and growth.
What Makes Your Support Effective?
My genuine care and concern for others, my calm demeanor, my optimism, and my curiosity are tools that I incorporate into practice. These tools assist in getting to the root of the problem while feeling supported.
What You Find Most Rewarding
What I find most rewarding in my work in mental wellness is when people transition from hopelessness to having HOPE.
