About Me

Tajuana’s core philosophy centers around compassion, empowerment, and authenticity. She believes in meeting people where they are, honoring their experiences, and walking alongside them with patience, respect, and light, using strengths-based approach to help them tap into their inner resilience.

She has natural ability to connect with individuals facing trauma, generational cycles, and those navigating complexities of urban life. She especially excels in supporting elderly and underserved inner-city populations, helping people manage isolation, grief, and chronic mental health issues with care and dignity.

Her guiding principle is “Keep it light—because it could always be worse.” She believes in bringing hope into every space she enters. Tajuana brings warmth and structure to what can feel like overwhelming circumstances. Many clients appreciate her ability to break down complex processes into manageable steps, while keeping calming and uplifting presence.

In her personal time, she loves dancing!
