Tashe specializes in supporting clients facing complex trauma, behavioral challenges, and systemic barriers. With her University of Toledo Licensed Social Worker (LSW) degree, she excels at building trust and resilience in underserved populations who may have experienced being overlooked or judged elsewhere.
Her approach is rooted in creating inclusive, affirming, safe spaces where all identities are honored and respected. Tashe centers compassion, cultural humility, and empowerment so people feel safe showing up authentically and taking ownership of their healing journey.
What makes Tashe particularly effective is creating spaces where people feel valued, heard, and understood—especially if they’ve felt overlooked elsewhere. She brings lived experience and cultural understanding helping people feel seen and validated in ways that build genuine trust and connection.
Her passion began when her brother suffered a traumatic brain injury, and their family was supported by a compassionate, culturally aware social worker.
Away from work, Tashe finds family fun days extremely therapeutic.
